Skill Up Mobs in HF No longer give Skill Ups.

As mentioned, the 3 mobs next to all of the Dark Elf trainers that normally give weapon skill ups no longer do so. Left my warrior hasted for 30 minutes while I ran errands, and he got 0 skill ups in that interval.

Perhaps could this have been related to Topsy charming one/them?

Nah, its been doing that for a couple days. I only found out i could charm one when all the zones were down and server was rebooted about 30 minutes later.

This is happening again, both I and Willy tried to gain skillups on the npcs in town and recieved 0 after 10 or 11 min.
