Well, the thought process was the HP update was not being sent properly because of an added components from the previous build. I assumed I needed to test some code better and retry at a future date. So, the issue was not specifically addressed (I guess it was more of a let's test the obvious).
In addition, I couldn't repeat this process on my end during initial testing. I'll look at the code soon as well as the database, ui, client type if further needed fairly soon. Can anyone confirm that this is NOT happening on other current servers at the moment?
