Character Xanik Dakkin Ranger, Curse of Ice Trigger

There's a new ranger on the server and I've done all I can on the player end to try and resolve his issue.
Basically it keeps acting like he's low health and shows his character feigned then back up again. With the Debuff: Curse of Ice Trigger Spell ID # not showing in Allaclone.
I've tried:
Chaotic Elixir
Purify Soul
Call of the Hero
Ancient: Hallowed Light
Having him zone somewhere besides Forest
