Bounce back issue with pets?

Seems I can no longer give my pet armor(like the newb set from forest). The summoned weps/gear still work ok.
aye the no-drop items will be bounced back.
This is FINE, as even before when you COULD give pet no drop items- he was simply EATING them anyway.
