Evolving Weapons

Noticed that monks are the only melee class(that can duel wield) that can't have 2 weapons evolving weapon.
I know we can get h2h weapon from the other djinnis in the area, but even the one for 10k points isn't equal to the higher evolved version.
Would be nice to know if a h2h evolving weapon will be added or not

One more thing, hope I am not asking too much
Is there any chance we can get any item, even with no stats on it, that will take the place of the h2h one, and will later on, when you decide the stats for it, turn to what it's supposed to?
Will be kinda annoying to progress far ahead on the 1hb, then need to start over for the h2h one.
