Currently > 1 hour reuse.

Kinda sad that I have to choose which raid mob to use it on, when all other classes are Discing every boss fight. I'd be willing to negotiate a damage decrease in exchange for a reduced timer.

Agreed. Recast cut in Half, its 33 mins now and in line with other players recast on damage Discs. Damage stays the same.
