Since rangers are getting some tweaking lately, could you look into Archery critical hit %, and possibly find or add crit % skill mods to ranger's archery? The Cleave line doesn't affect archery, and Sharpshooting only affects accuracy. You could also tweak the crit bonus on the ranger buff line. It should bring rangers in line with other dps.
