According to the eq forums, arrow damage is supposed to increase the maximum damage roll for ranged damage, but I am doing the exact same damage with class 1 bone hooked arrows as I am with embossed rubicite arrows. That is a difference of 7 base damage, there should be some kind of discernible difference. Could someone please look into this?
