Berserker T10 (Axe of Frenzy)

Would it be possible (and within reason) to make the clicky buff on this either instant/last longer/ both? Right now with the duration of 3 minutes and cast time of 2 seconds it just feels clunky.

No recast delay on it so I guess no reason not to extend the duration. Also, the cast time is outdated indeed so can change it to instant.
