any way to pseudo fix SK AA "touch of the wicked" its supposed to reduce harm touch reuse but it doesnt. (also a boost to harm touch damage is something you might wanna look at, or possible a huge chunk of hate gain in it), if i recall right regular HT at 70 does about 1100ish, improved harm touch around 960ish and leech touch about 1500ish? (with max AAs and a 80% DD foci non crit)

would like to have some non SK input since obviously mine is biased

P.S. mind altering the resist rates on SK PoFire/poAir debuffs (ive yet to land my PoFire one on anything but low tier trash, nothing named after T1)

Striat has been working on both Harm Touch and Lay on Hands for quite some time now. Every sane person agrees that they are hopelessly underpowered in their current form.
