Spell Damage

Would it be possible to up spell damage slightly to give casters more damage to even out the playfield? Granted i haven't leveled a caster to 70 just yet but from the total lack of casters at 70 i think it would be a good idea.

lots of caster classes/spells are customized and upped. you should talk with lvl 70 casters. also, please do a search on the forum before posting, you'll find lots of forums discussing these type of things. it's a custom server afterall

Level 70 Wizard with Ether Flame can hit for upwards of 10k on a regular basis, which makes Kymarrah very, very happy. And that's before I have had a chance to work on her AAs which would further increase her dps. One of these days, I seriously need to move her to a different account so that Kymmie and Cialla can go out and double-team a few zones...wtb a job, plzkthx!!!

The only caster that I have who seems to do lousy dps is my Enchanter, but I do not have her all the way to 70 yet, so maybe there is still hope for her, unless the whole Dire Charm pet is supposed to be a consolation prize for lousy casting dps. I can live with that.

The point of an enchanter has never been about DPS, they were a big plus to have in a group and essential on raids because of the other things they are specialized in (CC, buffs/debuffs, etc). A group becomes much stronger with a skilled enchanter on board. They were never intended to be a solo class unlike mages (straightup w/ pets) and wizzies (kiting). At least that's how I remember things 4 years ago
