skillups?

so what are these new skillup ways that are in the patch notes?
Sorry, I meant to post earlier, but got sidetracked.
I just posted in the daily chat section with some information. But we added drops in POFire and POValor for some recipes, and some new vendor sold items are now available. The drops in POFire are pretty common and are called Steaming Water. POValor drops should also be common and are called Air Infused Spring Water.
Vendors are now selling Cobalt Cod, and hobgoblin meat.
