*Wanted ... Alchemy list of recipes that work on THF =)

The list on THF is vauge and many of the higher items require gunthak shopping which isnt availible here right?
Can anyone show me a few working recipes that do work here?
Im skill 222 atm...

Sorry guess I didnt see that the first time.
From 0 to 255 you use the recipe Potion of mystical aptitude
all the mats for that can be found at POK.
from 255 to 300 you use the recipe Distillate of Divine Healing IX
that is where the deepwater inks come in, the other mats are in POK. Good luck on getting the inks it takes forever.
