Melted Glacier Whiskey

According the the Alla clone Melted Glacier Whiskey is sold in Thurgadin, when I click on both vendors they have nothing for sale, see screenshot.

Anyone know if Melted Glacier Whiskey is sold anywhere else or are these vendors bugged?

I bought the Melted Glacier Whiskey 3 weeks ago from Celtir Gronback (also in Thurgadin).

Also make sure your buying toon has enough faction, i had problems with my main (the merchant even didnt want to talk to me).

If you hunted in icewell before the changes, you will get KoS toward thurgandin faction so that could be the reason why. I had to bring my character that never killed anything (directly) in Icewell in order to buy it.

Thanks, it was a faction issue. First I tried to cast an alliance spell and became amiable and still couldn't purchase anything, the vendor window still popped up blank. I ended up having to bring another character in with base faction to buy.
