Racial Exp Penalty

Does the racial exp penalty come into play on this server? and if it does, does it effect AA xp? Just curious :p

I don't think so, and if it does it definitely doesn't affect AA exp.

I was told this was taken out of Emulator a long time ago, not certain though. I was also told that level 54 and 59 hell levels are gone but they are still very much there.
