EQ vet, new guy in THF

Nice. What year(s) did you play on Maelin? Competition was high, but mostly mature community, moderate drama (which I totally stay away from), overall good server... & lots of skilled players. When I started there, the high-end guilds were Remedy, Crimson Tempest, Valoran, Infinite Vision (?)... all had great players I joined Assent as they started progressing in PoP and stayed with them till I retired.

i started playing when assent became Momentum(Circa 2006)! Goodurden was our GL. he was one crazy canuck.

I remember Goodurden, I think he joined us a few months before I retired (not sure, my memory is absolutely poor). Skilled tank and nice guy... so I guess the Assent peeps who stayed on EQ became Momentum?

yea. dunno if you remember Masse or Stylo. but they stuck around for a while. Masse started his own alt guild now on live since Momentum folded up over a year ago. and Stylo has been MIA since he was shipped off to Iraq.

Masse rings a bell, but Stylo might have joined after I was already gone. Just did a quick google check on Maelin guilds I remember, only name that still exists today is Sequel They go way back in '03 I think.
