Rogean said they had hardware failure and he'll work on it in the evening. There was also a broadcast about the maintenance, which seems to take a bit longer than predicted, but I'm sure he's working on the issue as we speak. The ddos attacks are also true, unfortunately, but right now it's not the main issue, afaik.

I remember when we had SSD issues, 3 of them died in less than 2 weeks. Thanks to our raid set it wasn't affecting our services but it's always a headache.

When eqemu services are down, there are several alternate login servers are available to reach other eqemu servers. I'm not up to date with other servers but I know there was a ls to access StormHaven, peq and EASY server too. THF private ls is always here. We offer new account registration too in case you want to start new characters.
