Moving character to another account?

Hello folks,

Is there a way to move a toon to another account? I am thinking of boxing a few but at the moment, i have three characters on one account :/

For 15 USD you can move one toon to a different account.
Only way is to donate so if you have the three toons on the same account, that's 30 USD.
