I usually use blinding luminance on my sham and cleric. Just have both of them cast till it lands. You can have all 3 classes blind at the same time.

I have a cleric cast Flash of light for blind

If you have a druid they have an AoE blind and AoE root, makes it pretty easy. Don't even have to change target, just cast a couple of those in between heals.
