The link on the front page news for 2016 Halloween event brings me to a page that says I don't have permission to view it. I tried searching for Halloween guide and no luck so far. I also looked on the wiki. So far I have found the 3 NPC's in the hub zone. I looked around West Commons and I believe this must be for the Tier'd raid events. Anyone able to link me to a guide or perhaps point me towards what I could be doing with a fresh group nearing 70?
