Achievement System

I am happy to Release THF's Achievement System

Achievements include:
  • Quests
  • Kills
  • Keyring
  • TradeSkills
  • Zone Flags
  • Levels
  • Epics



The first thing you are gonna notice is that not all of them are retroactive. for that i'm sorry. Just the nature of the beast if you will. So if you know for a fact you have farmed skullcracker, and don't have the achievement for him it is because the kill was never recorded. But, it is now. So please, kill him again and earn some points.

I've done extensive testing on this but i'm not perfect, Please post any achievement releated bugs in the website folder under development.

The list you see is not the final revision, We will be adding more achievements as we progress.

That's really well done, Topsy! I guess I need to back track and re-kill things I've killed millions of times =P. Gives people another thing to do though, a great addition IMO. Thanks for putting so much time in to make it possible, and good luck to you with updating it every time new bosses are released! :lol:

P.S. -- I saw your post on the eqemu forum and I hope you plan to keep this private to THF for a while. You put tons of work into it, and it will definitely draw people here due to its uniqueness.

Absolutely... Peq gets everything first.. Well so do we.

Besides, the version i'll give to the community will be... A shell. It will give them the tools, but they will have to do all the db entries themselves and scripts that lillu was kind enough to script for it which really make it "custom".

Not saying this to you, Jeido, but to everyone. Please be considerate of those leveling up before you go waltzing into a level far below your level for an achievement kill. It's easy enough to find things uncamped - you just might need to wait a few hours. :)

Well done job Topsy!

Nice tool, I am sure that lots of "competitors" will enjoy this achievement tool!

I am amazed to see how THF community players involve themselves in this wonderfull project.

Also a way to thank everyone, espescially the new "assistant developpers" for the time they spend and their hard work to make our server so enjoyable!

Edited the posts name to reflect the real topic. :)
Item Change -> Reload needed
Spell Change -> Reload AND new Spellfile needed

A blessing and a curse. Spent all last night and sporadically this morning while taking care of my daughter camping some named spawns :p

At least I got to watch more Mass Effect playthrough! Wish I could play that game.

It's been fun trying to beat Bresham (curse you!!) j/k :D

not all kills were supposed to carry over right? (example being chardok royals since ive 1 grouped them 4 times with sarcon), another would be trak,AD,naggy

other than that i love it, :)
