The shaman's patch heals will suffice and with 4 rogue's I doubt your gonna have a difficult time bringing down a mob before Defensive/SW goes down and need the big heals from the cleric.

Ehhhh.....no. This is incorrect.

How is this incorrect? I've seen it done with a lot less.

Only a shammy in group with 5 melees in rampage range ? i'd like to see that vs a hard rampaging boss, maybe swap the war for a sk (epic clickie + death march would heal rogues a lot)

War/Shm/Rng/Rng/Rng/Rng with rangers using bow could be fun

I think people have a make a really bad assumption on their ability to box after theyve run through content with larger groups and geared up.

Sure your bard/shm/rog probably killed a boss, you were also probably several tiers ahead of that boss in gear before doing so. You didn't go at some boss with those characters when you were of level/gear to be seriously attempting the boss.

Regardless, thanks for all the information, all.

The conclusion we came to was:

Paladin (Donator for tanking ability)
Cleric
Bard
Ranger
Mage
Undecided - We've considered Monk, Rogue, and Necromancer as our possibilities, but we honestly aren't sure.

I have faith in the ability of knights, as well as the fact that people have told, and shown, that Knights aren't too bad off tanking right now. The other group choices are for obvious reasons.

We love the server so far, and Tyler, you've helped us a great bit here and in-game. We really appreciate it. =)

Thanks all =)

Would add a Shaman or Druid as your open choice imho just to have if necessary a 2nd healer .
