just curious if there is a specific reason why racial penalties and bonuses are still in place when the race bonuses/penalties make practically no impact, trolls eat a 5% penalty for their what 3-4 hp per tick regen?, iksar eat a 10% penalty, while halflings get a 10% bonus to exp.

P.S. Thank god the class exp boost/penalty system isnt in place (ohh woe is the hybrid of yore)

This race penalty/bonus was removed from EQEmu over 2-3 years ago. It was commented out, and was recently removed completely with the exp overhaul before the summer.

So that means that there is no penalty/bonus. Any servers you see offering a bonus/penalty have had to code it.

ahh ok my bad it musta gotten fixed with rev update then ( pre rev update i had lvled some chars side by side and it was clearly in effect)
