if the Pyrilen Illusion has the same mechanics as it did on live, you should "fly" up a little when you cast a spell or melee proc, and when you move you will be horizontal and have a flying animation.

I hope I can get at least one tonight!

^ Got lucky on my lunch break! No, not that type, but I was able to get the cloak and the illusion has the same animations as the live one.

So this has probably been answered elsewhere, but the Halloween event items are included in the global loot table and so any mob that has that table can drop an item, right? Or is it only in the Halloween event zones that the special items apply to the table?

Any mob that has a loot table at all and is within 10 levels of you. So in theory a level 1 in crushbone could get one off an orc pawn

It is 10 levels difference from your current level. It was originally introduced with a 20 lvl buffer but due to some exploitive zones we had to change it a bit.
