Everything equal -- 8512.5 dps

I had the "old" files in the patcher from last night, so while I was still online, I launched into my ranger and tested. Then closed everything, updated the patcher, and tried again. The dps difference seems well within the standard deviation of what could be expected from just running the test twice "pre-update."

Ranger used was Barnie if you want to see if there was something relevant I missed!

The changes would be server side old patched data wouldn't affect the dmg

Well, then I ran two tests with the update, and it was consistent!

Okay. Did a test on the Test Server, same set up, ~30 attack difference.

5 minute test, 5536.1 dps.

So, uh, a considerable difference.

Completely unbuffed, Test Server, 2014 attack: 1405.6 dps

Completely unbuffed, Live Server, 2041 attack: 2129.6 dps

Buffed and unbuffed, right around 150% damage increase.
