lost items

hey guys, i was just auging my Incarnadine helmet from Chardok with an underbulk essence from FG and the zone crashed when i tried to insert and i lost both items....
anything that can be done ?

If it helps or is needed, I can vouch that he had the helmet. He got it when I took him and Bumsock on a royal run.
