The Hidden Forest

Hints about Quest 1:

Hint1: Ghillie doesn't announce the quest. Look for something in CotW that may give you some foresight!

You do need to complete the zone! But you do not need the ultra rare drop off of Bixt, this is only for one rare item (again, only one character got this so far)

Hint:
This quest involves CoTW and is given by an NPC you all know very well. In fact, most of you will have spoken to this NPC as many as seven times!

Speak to the NPCs in the forest. You may need to win one of them over with your CHARM!

Does each character need to complete the foresight quest?

If so the drop rate needs to be improved. =)

Just the first part of it (the four foresight items, not including Bixt's).

I'll review the drop rate closer to release and may up it.

So if each toon needs it, this will be a big bottleneck. I have run the zone at least 20 times and I only have 2 pieces on one toon and one on another. Maybe this is by design, however, for T9 content I would probably want 18 toons keyed. So I am looking at 600-800 times running this zone? It is a cool zone but trivial for T9 geared toons.

Many of the other similar zones allow 1 - 18 toons to be keyed/flagged at one time. That's for each clear. Not 40 clears just to key one toon.

Vex Thal was an exception, however, I don't think anyone actually does the quest anymore and just buys tokens. (Maybe I am wrong, I have been away for a very long time.)

Could I suggest that if the quest reward is supposed to be limited, then have Bixt drop tokens or something else.

I have to agree with PK. I had to run the zone many times to even complete both turn ins for Eschew, and no other character in my group of 6 has even completed the first part. Yes, I do have many foresights... But still missing at least 2 on someone for another turn in. In fact, I got the Bixt turn in before I found any others.

Wish I knew how many times I did run it. There were a few days where I did nothing but rerun the dungeon for 3+ hours just for Eschew. Haven't really felt inclined to return for the other characters mostly because of how long it would take to farm so many foresights (and lack of time to keep doing it when I have interests in other content as well).

Wish I could offer a good solution, but I'm not sure what is fair or not... Maybe allow those who do complete the Foresight quests to buy tokens from Ghillie to flag other characters?

It was originally intended to be rare because of the final reward but the drop from Bixt controls that. I'll up the rate to 100% for the foresight items, so you can technically start access for one toon per clearance.
