The Hidden Forest

There are no Thief's in East Commonlands. I have ran around the zone looking for Stolen Present (id:18644). As I have collected the other 7. Checked the boards and such could not find anything about Thief's being in EC, they do show them being in the other zones though.

What am I missing?

NVM... found it finally. the xmas tree there has only regular Orc's at it. that is what throw me off.
