Velious custom helms?

Hi guys

I am a huge fan of these old custom helms: http://mentalized.net/journal/2003/08/26/velious_custom_helmets/

I saw that they are in the THF database, and was wondering if this would mean that either

a) the quests are active

or

b) custom quests are available for these helms

DE females IMHo got screwed up on the helms with Luclin Graphics - the old version was better, the new one- just a skull mask is silly. I would not mind it as optional for say some necro helms, but not like a standard one.
As much as I like new models over old, DE leather and chain armor are weak compared to what other races got.

sadly the helm graphics are a tad bugged, they disappeaer after zoning, etc. I remember it took years on live to fix it properly, lol!
