Curious about an item!

Didn't know if this was the place to post, but I was just curious if there was still a Flayed Barbarian Hide Mask, think thats what it's called. The Barbarian illusion mask, i think it dropped in Kael on live. I know you guys revamped Kael so I didn't know if it still dropped somewhere or was still possible to get.
