I noticed over at p1999 they fixed it today so that when a tell is sent to someone who is zoning, the tell is queued and sent when they enter the next area.

Would this be difficult to fix for here?

The Universal chat system (which is what allowed this) caused alot of crashes last time I used it. I'll test it tomorrow and see if things are improved. Thanks for your feedback.

Striat, this is unrelated but somewhat related - is it somehow possible to create a small program which would allowed me to connect to the server chat without actually running the game?
Sometime I want to listen on what is happening in /ooc and maybe comment/advise the players, and I just don't have the time to start the whole program.
Now if this thing could also be remotely accessed - so i could do this from work- that would awesome ;)
I believe they had the thing for EQ2

we had an IRC bot for that but it was so buggy (crashed every hour), we just removed it.
