Any other lowbies frustrated with lvl 70s entering crushbone and unrest and wiping the ENTIRE zone cuz they're bored?

Yea, happens way too much. I don't mind you helping your lowbie toon about, but leapfrogging my newbie warrior killing the mobs on the steps to Emperor Crush just so you can 1 shot all 3 mobs there? Wait your turn you pathetic loser.

Oh well. Should start some public list of people who do such stuff, might curtail the issue a bit.

ya i agree. I had one guy gather up all the mobs in unrest, do an aoe nuke on them and kill them all right in front of me...he said he was "helping me" O.o when I need to kill the named and he does it for me how does that help and THEN i wait the 10 minutes or so for the respawns, as i'm casting my spell he comes in an nukes the mob again

See, there is no point in it. And you are right, it helps you none at all. Just don't get some people.

Hehe Good idea. Hopefully if Lillu doesn't mind the thread, we can stop all the Killstealing and such.

I agree with yall, these people can ruin some fun. Im interested in Lillu's response to our plea for something to do with the names of folks we see do this stuff.

Typically this would be petitionable, and a guide would investigate and report, or place a warning on the account. At a certain point the account could be suspended, etc. Our only issue for this avenue atm is that the staff has more important things to do.

Like I said, Im lookin foreward to Lillu's input.

The issue is this - no one "owns" any of the spawns in EQ. While most people would agree that doing the above is considered anti-social behaviour and frowned upon, it's nothing we as GM's can restrict.

This is also true not only to Crushbone or other "Noob" zones. Some people consider raiding Emperor for keying alts when your guild is in PoFear Status the same. Should we block that also? Lev70 "raiding" Guk is about the same issue.

Don't get me wrong though, the entire GM staff dislikes the above mentioned behaviour and we don't support it by any means. Personally, i'd like to see a level restrictions (let's say lev40 max for Crushbone) but that in return would make the powerlevelers go crazy

So in short, best to hope for some honorable players that won't do such things and if it goes crazy, take a Screenshot, take it to tells and PM the GMs about it if none are online. Don't train, curse in OOC or do other things tho that disrupts the fun of your fellow players.

Edit : Everyone also might want to check the Server Rules especially the section about the Play Nice and KillStealing/Training Section and the part where we ban your account for doing things like this.

Ive never done this before and it shouldnt be happening.

But as Tyler said you cant stop players coming in and doing it in some instances.
