if you charm a mob, you need to kill it before you leave. Pulling a ToV trash mob with mag weaps/items is not a fun thing to do unexpectedly...

Man, I leave ONE mob up with weapons...geeshh!!

But seriously, ever since Ssra, I have been killing my pets and recovering the items on them. Unless the pet kills me and/or the raid, and no time to go back and get it, which is what happened today...

Lol Gozzrem and his AE dispel cleared charm off Aarcore's uber pet and whiped our raid! Haha, was pretty funny to see it own us pretty hard. We just didnt have any time to go back and take him out. Few of us had to log and take care of some business. Unfortunately, you got the clean up after us. =P

Also, I was in Kael last night and had to leave. I got rid of clericbot and wore my pet down to 1% health....thinking, ok, I'll be able to get one nuke off and kill it. No luck, it went through me like a wet paper towel.

So the moral of the story is, if you see a giant holding swords or a wurm with a sword sticking out of its head, be warned!!

old news but still adding to it,

Having a necro completely understand situations for why a dc pet would be left with weapons no complaint there i try my best to kill them before leaving the zone if i can but what can you do..

Only thing i could think of is if its posible for them not to accept pet toys or other tradable items considering: Enchanter + buffed dc pet w/toys + cleric bot can clear more giants with that combo than most groups even think about clearing. Not accepting pet toys wont be that big of an impact, if it is then the toys are OP on dc pets anyway.

Im not anti w/e towards any of the dc classes just throwing an idea towards being considerate of the next passing solo/duo'er running into an abandoned dc pet..

at the very least not let charmed mobs in raid zones accept items hehe those are the worst (the kael pets arnt that bad unless if you catch one recently ditched thats still hasted those hurt untill slowed )
