Slow immune bosses

Alot of the group bosses in the later zones like SolB are slow immune. This makes playing a class like Enchanter or Shaman kinda unappealing. With the server having so many melee classes due to the bot system would there be any room to change this? Maybe tone up the bosses and make them slowable? I'm fine with raid targets not being slowable, but it would make support classes more appealing to play :) Between bot calming invis and slow immune, i dont really see the point of having an enchanter in the group at all when you could get more heal power or more dps.

Totally correct. Actually i used to play an Enchanter more or less my entire EQ Career so i know where you are coming from.

On Emu Server people always seem to negelct the need for Support Classes since you get Buffers and all that stuff.

The biggest problem really is, that we don't know how mobs can partially resist slow like on live. Means, if you slow a mob it is 70 or even 75% slowed, means he is no threat to anyone anymore. War with /disc Defense and Slowed mob, i guess the mob needs to hit for 6k to be a danger really for anyone. Unless all mobs ae rampage and flurry at once.

Long story short - i'd rather see Encs grab pets and stick them on Named mobs instead of slowing 1 boss and using a feeble nuke. You'll see that most mobs can be charmed. (if not, let me know what zone and what mob and i fix it asap).
