Sorry everyone for the delay in the reboot process. We ran into a few unforeseen issues and had to revert all the code changes made. I am working on getting them fixed back up asap.

Found the issue and fixed it. These changes will be live with the next reboot whenever it happens.
Code:
o Added support to allow for some new worn effects.
o Divine Intervention spells will now start to try and save a player when they reach < 16% HP. They will still try to save you after death as well.
o Fixed a few issues with Unfailing Divinity where the partial heal would never heal.
o Fixed a calculation error with twin cast firing more than it should.
o Fixed an issue with twin cast not functioning properly as a focus effect.
o Fixed the attuneable augment issue.
