We are about to release this new zone in the next week, final polishing this weekend, some more testing at the beginning of next week but then we should be good to go.

This will be another LDoN tier - means you will be able to upgrade most of your LDoN bought Armor and Augments. Also some Jewelry. For this to work, you will have to have your old Armor obviously and you want to get the Augments off first (unless you hate them and favor losing them during the upgrade).

I strongly advice to check out all Armor PRIOR to combining them into new Armor. We will not reimburse 100 Armor/day because you forgot to check if you removed all Augments - we simply cannot do this, otherwise we wouldn't be able to reimburse your accidently deleted Epics ;)

Since you also can upgrade some augs, it's critical to remove them safely or you have to buy them again if you want to upgrade. There are a couple of options available

o Just buy it again (duh)
o trade some AAs for Distillers
o Donate for Distillers

This zone does have a requirement for zoning in - 50 LDoN wins. Doesn't matter if Hard or Easy but that's the deal. If you don't have them yet and want to see the Burning Prince next week - here is your homework for the weekend :) And if you are unsure how to spend the AAs - well just trade them for Distillers if you also have the LDoN armor or want to upgrade some augs.

Tradeskills will be required for the combines and they are trivial at 300. These are for the ingredients only. The combined ingredients will be droppable and sellable in Bazaar. You still need a no-drop item from Solusek Tower, so you can't just upgrade your armor through the Bazaar.

The final combine which will result in the new armor and destroys your old armor in the process will be NO-FAIL however, so don't worry.

But it's about time we bring Tradeskills to use beside showing off on the Achievements page :)

This is really nice. After got murdered by Xeru, was thinking on what to do to progress. Still need to take a visit on the Zek bosses in Potactics but I will definately move to Sol tower once I am done with VP. Since I never been to Sol Tower even back in live, very exited to see a new content (ish).

All toons with a name change (or maybe just some) cannot do LDoNs.

My name got changed way back (I was bishbash) but I have no issues entering LDON's.

Tested some of my guys that I know have had name changes and they cant do ldons either, Also I went to change beats name over a year ago and it prevented him from doing ldons so I had it switched back.

Just tried again to make sure, and both toons of mine that have had name changes can zone into LDON's ok.

It only affects a few players but Vaion is already looking into fixing it.
