25 mob limit

I searched but couldn't find any discussion around this. If i missed it I'm sorry for the duplicate post.

Is the 25 mob limit still relevant in today's THF? My understanding of the purpose was to prevent players from monopolizing custom zones. Is this still a concern? Is there maybe another way it can be handled? On a per zone basis for example? Can the players be trusted not to abuse the custom zones if this were to be removed entirely?

Maybe this is just my 2cp after being booted to THF as I'm trying to get to the avatars in wind, but in some cases that are not abusive I'd really enjoy not being booted.

If there's some other reason I'm not aware of please help me understand.

The 25 mobs limit is still going on, whatever zone you are hunting in (didn't try regular zones, but even guild instance works that way). Only Vistrinda in nadox don't have that limit I think. There had been some discussion about it already but don't have the time to look for it at the moment :)

Great post! I guess i was looking for something more recent. The last post in that thread is nearing 1yr old. I think the server has changed in since then and may be 1) more favorable to and 2) less impacted by the removal of the limit. Any thoughts? Maybe it's just a new poll if the devs don't mind the change.(I'm assuming there are no raid events are built with this as part of the event as i haven't seen it up to a couple events into Nadox)

This topic was discussed many many times already. No matter how many times it will be bumped again, it won't be changed, sorry.

This rule was implemented because some of us can only count to 25. Nothing has changed.

I've actually stopped trying to count above 25 IRL for fear of being booted out of Florida.

I'd be more worried about being booted *to* Florida.
