Troll's Head Mask updated again: it got a stat boost to bring it in line with rest of the warrens gear

Emblem of Diamond Crusade was scaled down a bit. Initially it was just a copy of the main newbie charm, which was too powerful for the Alt-P level of difficulty. I totally overlooked its stats in the beginning, but now I brought it back in line with other Alt-P items.

UPDATES 04.26.2010

Some npc and gear re-balancing in light of upcoming new tier:

-all mobs in Warrnes have been scaled 2 levels down, so they now starts from level 1, instead of level 3. so you won't have to pick on large rats in outside yard for 2 levels before you can go in safely and not be overrun.
-Rune and Heals on clicky chests have their recast time increased to 5 min (they were a bit more powerful than intended) , effect on Tunic replaced with Regeneration
-Click effect on Runed Maul changed to Ensnaring Roots, as pretty much NO ONE had any use for previous effect

UPDATES: 4.29.2010

-Cudgel of Spiritchanter changes: Proc replaced with Minor Healing, Mana Regeneration +1 added.

-Cold Steel Arrows now made with Blacksmihting, in the Forge, trivial at 35
-Bronzewood Arrows now trivial at 35

-Food and Drink aded to Misc vendor in Paineel

-Evil Erudites will no longer start with Bone Crafted Key to Paineel Lift in their inventory

-Proc has been removed from the Summoned Ethereal Blade, as pets were violating the level restriction and procing it at level 1.

-Proc effect damage on Crafted Bow has been doubled

With recent level reduction of all mobs in Warrens in mind, the 2 super bosses (Mighty Paw and Mulgwump) have been made a little bit more dangerous

UPDATE 7.30.2010

ALL final enchanted weapons, and weapons dropped by named mobs have been given upgrade in damage ratios, to move them 1 tier UP.

UPDATE 8.01.2010

Ok apparently my damage formulas were off a bit, and all 2handed weapons have went up by a lot more than they should, so they will have to be scaled down to the right ratios.

I noticed somewhat abundance in Cleave I effects on items found in warrens, so I decided to swap one of them for Ferocity I instead (on the Mighty Paw Claws)

UPDATE 8.05.2010

With changes to druid buffs, the click effect on Spirit Infused Shield will be replaced with a much lower version of Oaken Skin line, to be appropriate to the difficulty it can be obtained.

all 2handed spears from Warrens are now Beastlord usable

also, removed Lore tags from bunch of items which really weren't necessary

Mighty Paw and Muglwump dropped weapons are now magical

Warrens:
-chance of kobolds to drop pelt in warrens has been increased by 30%, to provide sufficient amount of pelts for tailors, before entire zone greens out.

Stonebrunt:
-all animals now will drop more pelts
-kejek and snowfangs will drop a bit less ore
-rats and bunnies will drop more of their special meat
-snakes will drop more scales and less venom sacs
-portion of pandas's darkwood drops has been moved to apes
-all flawless pelts chance drop increased form 5% to 8%

-all Titans are now lev 35, with their power scaled up accordingly.

-proc effect on Gloomfang has been increased to a more powerful DoT
