The Hidden Forest

I tried to get the second rank of Pyre of Magic on a Wiz. When she does the turn in she gets "You cannot earn any additional ranks in Pyre of Magic from this quest"

I tried right clicking the Fragment of Broken Spirit from inventory but that did not work. I also thought of trying to turn it in to the guild masters in the forest but wanted to check here first as they may not give it back if that does not work.

Am I missing something or is it not working as intended?

The broken spirit thing only allows you to get first rank of the new AAs. No more. Will have to wait VT to get ranks 2 and following.

If this is true, can we request that these be made trade-able?
