I pulled a mini train in kurns to test it of 15 mobs with no weps or DS on so i could see if dmg was being done. Upon pulling 15 i gather them get them dead on top of me and his rampage AA and it does no damage at all i figured fluke so have tested it 3 times now with the same results its doing no damage at all.

Did you have attack on when you Pushed Rampage? It used to work.

i have tried with attack on and off neither seem to be damaging mobs.

Original design of the AA though doesnt matter if attack was on or not its a AE hit like hurricane disc etc. Just no agro attached just raw ae damage.
