[FIXED] Druid Pet Affinity and other pet AA

Can druids get pet affinity and suspend minion? I do not see why not since Shammy gets it. May make them a bit more useful.

No idea how it was on live for druids but right now, shammy pets are totally useless. No idea how it is for dr00ds. It can't hurt to get pets AA but no real use at middle game.

I use the draekon t8 pet. it is level 78 i think. With animal attunrment it is pretty good. Pet affinity would make it better.

Changes incoming with the next reboot:
Druids:
o Pet Affinity is now available at level 65.
o Suspend Minion is now available at level 62.
o Persistent Minion is available after purchasing Suspend Minion Rk. II
o Pet Discipline is available after purchasing Pet Affinity
o Advanced Pet Discipline is available after purchasing Pet Discipline.
Enchanters:
o Pet Discipline is available after purchasing Animation Empathy Rk. III
o Advanced Pet Discipline is available after purchasing Pet Discipline.
This now gives both Druids and Enchanters control over their pets.
Reasoning behind all of this: As noted, shamans already have all of the Pet AA's so it seemed fair to offer them to Druids as well. For the Enchanters, they got Pet Discipline during a later expansion in EQLive, so I went ahead and added support for them.
