What am I doing wrong

Bump - any GM help?
This obviously is not something on 'my' side. I have 3 computers that have never had the character Lilms played on them. All three have different clients (Titanium, Sof, UF) and not a single one can get the character Lilms into a LDoN. When trying to zone in you get a message that says you are unable to enter. There is no problem trying to get the adventure it is just enterring the actual zones.
With all of the testing that I have done I must assume that it is something on the srver side that is causing this concern. Please help as it really sucks trying to get more adventure points via sitting in the bazaar.

Which LDON are you doing? Are you sure you are trying to click the correct LDON entrance for the level?

1) Make sure you are not in any previous adventure and leave it if you are.
2) Make sure you are in a group (or at least grouped with 1 char/bot)
3) Try choosing normal mission, Miraguls (Collection)
4) Hail the fairy by the LDON people, and choose Miraguls (everfrost maybe)
5) When you zone, in the building just by the port in point with a hidden vale port fairy infront of it, is a little brick on the floor in the back-right corner, click that. If you need to run for more than 10 secs your going the wrong way.

Does it work? Is it all LDON that fail or just the 1?

1 - Not currently in a adventure
2 - Grouped with bot and a boxed toon
3- don't normally try this as I usually do mob count inTak, so tried the collection in Miraguls
4 - Got the mission with Lilms as the leader box comes up and box comes up on boxed toon (same computer for this test)
5 - try to zone in (Lilms can not enter but boxed toon can, on same computer)

Side note checking the adventure box it still says that I have a active adventure - trying to zone I get the message of "The gateway to the dungeon is sealed off to you. Perhaps you would be able to enter if you needed to adventure there."

Boxed toon is in zone not having issues once again this is why I think that somehow when I had this toons name changed there is something on the server side is allowing the old name of Youaredead to enter but when the new name of Lilms tries to enter it does not recognize this name as a 'good' character.

Is this something that I should try and find a GM online and see if they can be of assistance?

Ahh Didnt know you had your name changed, that seems to be the only thing different that stops it from working.

Thanks for trying Miraguls though, at least it looks like its nothing youre doing wrong.

Name change may interfer with Ldon, we know that from experience. (Twilight zone, hello?)
