That is an Armored Personal Carrier (APC) and not a Tank, and I don't think it is NATO/US. Has to be relatively dated, maybe it dates back to the type that the Soviets or Eastern Block manufactured during the cold war like one of the BTR models. Look at how low the body of the vehicle is in relation to the ground, clearly this was designed for a peoples that did not have a McDonald's or Burger King Fast Food Restaurants. The can mount machine guns and anti-tank missiles or guns on top of that, then it may be a tank killer as well. The US/NATO APCs are much higher like the M113.
