Inlokher the Warlord the PoAir seems like he needs a little work. He drops parchments and Symbol of the Swirling Maelstrom and is a complete wuss. Seems like he should be harder than a typical castellan or minis that spawn when they die. As it stands he's a wasted spawn since he doesn't drop aug parts.

theres another that pops with no loot and really weak same spawn point as the 3 constables i cant remember the name and cant find it on alla without knowing the name so ill post it next time i see him spawn.

EDIT: A Chamberlain's Apprentice , correction on the no loot it has oldschool junk loot.
