The "A Lost Treasure Chest" is actually spelled in game and in the database as "A Lost Treasue Chest"

Token from Stillmoon did not give me access to ToV or Stillmoon.

It flags you for Stillmoon Temple only. The issue was the teleporter, fixed now. Thanks for reporting.
