PoAir Castellan Island (True Order mantle Drop mob)

So i have noticed that the mob that drops the True Order Mantle No longer seems to spawn on the Castellan island, i assume this happened when the scripts were removed, i was wondering is there any intent to perhaps add him (sorry i cant remember the watchmens name and couldnt find him in database either) or do what was done with the other event mobs (put them on a timer like the rest of the zone)

Just wondering i miss that shoulder and atm, its effectively removed from the game.

Queen Silandria now has a chance to drop the True Order Mantle, honestly it was to common before so this change is final. Server reboot needed before it goes into effect
