Just did the reward dialog in that hidden zone,and didn't get the broadcast about gaining the epic, instead I got the item on cursor and went linkdead.
so, may be a crash bug related there.

Weird, this happened to me on Shamz also when I turned in my 2.0. Perhaps it is related to the serverwide shout? Shamz ld'd, but no shout was made tmk (other toons were still online -- didn't see shout nor the personal message saying congrats)
