Killing mobs in TOV is giving positive reputation with Tactics Inhabitants. Can't say I've noticed that there before this evening.

Sorry, mess up in the faction table. Should be sorted.
Item Change -> Reload needed
Spell Change -> Reload AND new Spellfile needed
