Kelethin Lifts

Almost too embarrassed to post this since it's likely an issue on my end.....but I cant get any of the lifts to work. They are stuck in the up position. I can click the 'thingy' to call the lift but it stays up top. Tried all three lifts. Is there some kind of graphics or ini setting I may have disabled that would cause this?

If you click the elevator arm a few times, it will actually move. Poor quality elf work. :p
