Fragment of Broken Spirit

Is there any chance that the Fragment of Broken Spirit drop rate off of Khasva be increased? Similar to how the AA's work in Nadox.

Err let me be a little less harsh... No because the T9 AAs were intended to come mainly from Vex Thal. We added them into the design of DSK as an extra perk for the zone.
Oh the fun you all are going to have in DSK3...
